1. Submitting a Request
Requests may be sent to info@intsell.co.uk. Include your name, any email address used with Intsell, a clear description of the request, and your preferred response channel. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or special-category data.
2. Identity and Authority Verification
Identity and the connection to the relevant account or form submission may be verified to prevent unauthorized disclosure. A valid authorization document may be requested where a representative submits the request.
3. Assessment
Depending on scope, requests may concern confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, recipients, objection, and, where applicable, restriction or portability.
4. Timing and Fees
KVKK requests are resolved free of charge within 30 days according to their nature. A statutory fee may apply where processing creates an additional cost. Applicable GDPR requests are generally resolved within one month; any permitted extension and its reason are communicated.
5. Outcome and Complaint
Acceptance, partial acceptance, or refusal is communicated with reasons. Where UK GDPR applies, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) through ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. The right to complain to another competent data-protection authority remains available where applicable.
